Product Introduction

The FL-200 Recreational Go Kart is a commercial entertainment kart engineered to replicate the driving sensation of a competition kart, while maintaining the durability, safety, and cost-efficiency required for rental operations.

Powered by the Honda GX200 200cc engine, the FL-200 delivers 6.5 HP of smooth and reliable output, reaching a top speed of up to 65–68 km/h depending on track configuration. This performance level provides strong acceleration and exciting driving feedback without compromising safety for commercial use.

The chassis is constructed from Ø30×2 mm 30CrMo chrome-molybdenum steel, reinforced at critical stress points and manufactured using MIG + laser welding technology. This structure ensures high rigidity, long-term fatigue resistance, and excellent stability during high-frequency rental operation.

The hydraulic ventilated braking system features a 17 mm thick Ø180 mm disc with dual-piston calipers, capable of maintaining braking sensitivity even under extreme heat conditions (up to 800°C thermal resistance). This guarantees consistent stopping performance during continuous sessions.
